By accessing or using IDA ("IDA", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
IDA is an AI-powered digital assistant that provides conversations, knowledge base retrieval (RAG), voice input, Worksheet, Web Search, Research, Map, and related features. The service is intended to assist with general information and does not replace professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).
2. User Account
- You must sign in with a valid Google account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your session and devices.
- You agree to provide accurate information and not misuse other users' accounts.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal, harmful, or misleading activities.
- Send spam, malware, or content that violates third-party rights.
- Attempt to access other users' systems, APIs, or data without permission.
- Bypass technical limitations (rate limits, authentication, etc.).
- Use AI output for critical decisions without independent verification.
4. AI Content & Responses
IDA responses are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying information before taking action. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of responses for any particular purpose.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The name, logo, interface, and source code of IDA are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission, except as permitted by the project's open-source license (if any).
You retain rights to the content you submit. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that content to provide and improve the service.
6. Third-Party Services
IDA relies on third-party services (Supabase, Google, Groq, and other model providers as configured). Their availability and terms apply separately. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, IDA and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including loss of data, business interruption, or decisions made based on AI output.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months, or zero if the service is provided for free.
8. Termination
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. You may stop using the service by signing out and no longer accessing the application.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated. The last update date is listed above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law provisions, unless otherwise required by applicable regulations.
